OUR STORY

WORKING TO BRING CHANGE

WHO WE ARE

Partnering to build a world where all people are important.

Empowerment Hope Community Organization (ECHO) was established in 2015 by Arlisa Dockery Pryor and Laparis Pryor. Mr. Pryor’s love for helping children started in 1995 when she managed a group of children singing.

She focused her attention on Low Income families, providing a safe haven for under privilege families. By 2015 the ECHO Program flourished into a Summer Camp and Nutritional Program in collaboration with Aurora Township and the United States Dept. of Agriculture.
